KINGSTON TERRACE

1857 by Bennison. Range of terrace houses in brick, fronted with ashlar. 'Jacobean' style. Central gable and six high gabled dormers. Stone mullioned windows with labels, and ground floor bay windows. Entrance doors paired under hoods on heavy console brackets. Nos. 3 and 4 are at centre and have 'Strapwork' pilasters. Four groups of elaborately patterned chimneys are chief feature of interest. Slate roof. Nos. 1, 2, 5 and 6 have ridge tile. Low stone garden wall with piers.
