Early Cl9. 3 storeys in ashlar with well-proportioned front with moulded eaves
cornice and parapet Moulded band between lst and top floors. Rusticated quoins.
3windows, widely-spaced, with moulded stone surrounds, with paterae to the
top corners, hung sashes with glazing bars. Modern shop front to ground
floor.

No 17 and British Arcade form a group.
