Early-mid Cl9. 3 storeys in coursed stone with ashlar dressings and Welsh slate
roof with 3 stone stacks. Bracketed eaves. 4:2 windows in moulded stone surrounds
with triple keystones, band continues cills. 1st floor windows have pediments
on brackets. Right-hand section of 2 windows breaks forward with rusticated
quoins. Rusticated quoins to whole building. No 1 has the remains of a C19
shop front on the ground floor, the rest have modern shop fronts. Segmental
carriage archway to right with rusticated head, 1 window on left
corner with iron balcony, over round-arched doorway, 1 window to West Gate
elevation.

Nos 1 to 9(odd) including No 3A form a group.
