House

Garden wall, archways and garden house. Mid C18, altered C19.
Red brick with ashlar dressings. Small square house originally
with tumbled gable roof, now monopitch, dogtooth eaves. In one
end a semi-circular headed doorway with rusticated surround and
in the side a blocked door now containing a 2 light window with
segmental head. In the attached gateway to the right are reused
C12 voussoirs, scalloped capitals and reveals. The wall to the
left is ramped down and contains a semi-circular headed opening.
At the further end is a second doorway also reusing C12 ashiar
details.
