3/122 Wrangle Mill


Tower mill. c.1825. Red brick. Tapering tower with built out
upper stage above cornice level. 3 stages originally, each with
segmental headed lights. It was worked by wind until the 1930s.
An electric hammer mill and mixer were in use in 1977. Source:
