Church. 12C, 13C, 15C and 1879. Restored by J T Lee. Coursed rubble with ashlar
dressings. Ashlar quoins and plinth. Plain tile roof, and 4 ashlar coped gables with
kneelers and finial to nave, chancel, porch and south chapel. West tower, nave, north
aisle, south porch and chapel, chancel with semi-circular apse. Plain 12C tower, with
square headed 2 light window in west facade, and with single Y-traceried bell opening
to each facade, crenellated and topped with pinnacles. 19C north aisle has 4, 2 light
pointed windows, and blocked, re-used 17C doorway. 3 light pointed windows to east.
19C apse has 3 lancets. South chancel has single 15C, 2 light window, 3 more 15C, 2
light windows to nave. South chapel has similar 2 light windows. 19C porch with
painted, moulded arch on short piers. Interior. 3 bay, 12C, semi-circular north
arcade. 13C pointed tower arch. 12C semi-circular arch and 13C pointed arch on north
side of chancel. 15C octagonal font. 19C wooden pews, pulpit and choir stalls. 19C
wooden veredos in apse containing 2 statures in niches. Disney family brass of 1741
and wall monument of 1791. Other wall monuments up 1766, 1781 and 1814.
