Inn. 1860. Coursed squared limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and
dressings, slate roofs with raised stone coped gables and moulded kneelers.
Single ridge and wall stacks with 3 and 2 octagonal funnels having billet
moulded capitals. Assymetrical cross plan. An advanced gabled bay has a
tall 3 light mullioned window to the ground floor and a matching 2 light
window above, both with chamfered mullions and moulded cornices. In the
gable a sunk quatrefoil bears the date 1860. To right a pyramidal roofed
porch contains a 9 panelled door with glazed top in a pointed and chamfered
surround. To the right side is a small oriel window with cross mullioned
glazing bar casement and embattled parapet with gable.
