TF 03 NE THREEKINGHAM SPANBY

7/110 Manor Farmhouse

House. c.1700 with C20 alterations. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar
quoins and dressings, pantile roof with stone coped gables, two brick gable
stacks with stone bases. L - plan. 2 storey 5 bay front with plinth and
chamfered stone eaves, having central C20 planked door flanked by pairs of
C20 glazing bar casements.'To first floor are 5 similar windows. All
openings have flat wedge stone lintels, the doorway with a raised keystone.
Interior retains raised and fielded dado panelling, C18 fitted cupboards
to three rooms and a staggered butt purlin roof.
