Baptist chapel. Late C18 with early C19 additions. Red brick, with hipped slate
roof and deeply overhanging eaves. Street front, an added single storey wing with
2 glazing bar sashes with segment heads and panelled shutters, in brick recesses.
Above a tall lateral brick stack. East front, to added wing, a central door with
margin light overlight, flanked by single glazing bar sashes. Below a pair of
Gothic arched boot scrapers. To the north the storey chapel, 4 bays defined by
brick pilaster strips. The first and second bays have gabled brick porches, also
with pilaster strips, and a single round-headed glazing bar window each. Between
the porches, a tall, round-headed glazing bar sash, and to the right a single
glazing bar sash. Above 3 similar windows. Interior not inspected.
