GV II

House. Mid C18 with early C19 remodelling. Coursed limestone rubble
with ashlar dressings. Welsh slate roof, ashlar moulded gable stacks and
ashlar coped gables and parapet. Flush ashlar quoins and chamfered
plinth. 2 storey plus attics. East front, 5 bays, with central doorway
with 4 panel door and overlight and projecting ashlar porch with Doric
columns supporting a flat hood. Eitherside are 2 tall sashes, each with
a pair of plain sashes under ashlar lintels. Above 5 similar windows,
and above again 3 gabled, through-parapet dormer windows with bargeboards
and 2-light casements. Eitherside of the porch are low brick walls with
ashlar coping and cast iron spear head railings.
