Trap house, 1846. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings, stone
coped gable and slate roof; side walls are red brick. One bay 2 storey
front with flanking pilasters with plain capitals crowned by single stone
acorns which balance the ball finial at the apex of the roof. Central
planked glazed carriage doors under the wide segmental arch, the keystone
of which is slightly emphasised and bears the date 1846. Above is a
single glazing bar sash window with a flat lintel and raised keyblock.
