Pair of semi-detached estate cottages. Mid C19. Coursed
limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and red brick dressings,
pantile roof with central brick ridge stack, having 4 grouped
shafts. 2 storey, 4 bay front with chamfered plinth, brick eaves
course. To either side are planked doors with decorated tops set
in wooden surrounds. In the centre are 2 two light glazing bar
casements. To first floor are a pair of similar smaller windows.
All openings have chamfered wooden lintels and brick hood moulds.
