Barn and stables. Late C18 with C19 alterations. Coursed
limestone rubble with ashlar quoins, pantile roof. 2 storey,
single bay barn has central stable door with timber lintel. To
first floor a doorway and a louvred opening with overlight to
eaves. To left a 3 bay stable range with 2 planked doors and
louvred opening with overlight, all under timber lintels, and a
short doorway to eaves. A single storey range is attached to
this block, and at right angles to the main front, it has 8 bays
with 3 louvred openings and overlights, a planked door under
segmental stone heads, a pair of C20 double planked doors and at
the left hand end a C20 door and window in original opening and a
2 light C20 window, inserted, forming farm office. Included for
group value only.
