Massive 3-storey early C19 house in ashlar with moulded plinth, bands between storeys,
and cornice. Small parapet, 5 windows in plain reveals, double-hung sashes with
glazing bars. Cornice and band above ground floor, Pedimented centre section
breaks forward slightly with round-arched doorway with door of 6 fielded panels
under a semi-circular glazed fanlight. Return elevation on the south has more
important window treatment, with pilastered mullions dividing sash windows in a
Venetian treatment and with a pediment to those in the 2nd storey. Premises in
coursed rubble to rear.

Garage premises to No 9A, 9A, 9, 10, Sunday School and Nos 12 to 17 (consec) together
with Nos 1 to 8 (consec), All Siants' Place form a group.
