Massive three storey early C19 house in ashlar with moulded plinth,bands between storeys,and cornice.Small parapet, five windows in plain reveals,double-hung sashes with glazing bars.Cornice and band above ground floor.Pedimented centre section breaks forward slightly with round-arched doorway with door of six fielded panels under a semi-circular glazed fanlight.Return elevation on the south has more important window treatment, with pilastered mullions dividing sash windows in a Venetian treatment and with a pediment to those in the second storey.Premises in coursed rubble to rear.Garage premises to No 9A,9A,9,10,Sunday School and Nos 12 to 17(consec)together with Nos 1 to 8(consec),All Saints' Place form a group.
