1894. 2 storeys in ashlar with stone slate roof. Moulded cornice and small parapet.
2 stone chimney stacks at gable ends, 2 groups of 3 windows flank long window
in moulded surround with keystone, Moulded string between storeys, 6 similar
windows on ground floor. Centre window reaches up into modified gable with pediment
with small acroteria and date stone. Doorway has scrolled wooden pediment with
legend 'School of Art' above panelled pilasters, with carved upper panels. Semi-circular
fanlight auove double door of 6 fielded panels. Shield as keystone. Carved spandrels.
Plinth.

Nos 31 to 34 (consec) and Old Technical School form a group.
