One building of two storeys and attics. Mid C18 and earlier. Painted stone. Stone slate roof with one wide sloped dormer and one small hipped dormer. Good moulded cornice and low parapet. Five windows in moulded surrounds with small keystones, no glazing bars. Two C19 shop windows with carved pilasters, that to No 29 has glazing bars, flank central passage entry.
Nos 14 to 31 (consec) and Public Library form a group.
