Of early origin, roof continues from Nos 28 and 29 (qv) but late C19 front in terracotta,
presumably from Blashfield's factory. Stone dressings, Moulded Dutch gable to
parapet, damaged finial. 2 storeys. Terracotta flower over 2-light window with
stone mullions. 4 light window with stone mullion. 4 terracotta panels above
stone modillion cornice. Round-arched shop window fascia mainly destroyed by modern
shop front.
