Late C17 or early C18. 2 storeys and attics in ashlar. Roof of stone slates.
1 hipped dormer. A good moulded stone stack. The moulded stone cornice has ornamental
modillions, all of early date. Rusticated ordered quoins. Roof continues from
No 37 Broad Street, 3 windows with C19 glazing, with moulded frames and cills.
Over each is an ornamental moulded stone set close to the cornice. 2 small shop
fronts, C19 and modern glazing. Tiled stall risers. See also No 37 Broad Street.

Nos 1 to 6 (consec) and No 6A form a group.
