Early C18. House of 2 storeys in coursed stone. Stone slate roof with 2 hipped
dormers, glazing bars. 2 stone stacks at gable ends. 3 windows with double-hung
sashes with glazing bars. Projecting rectangular painted porch in plain Roman
Doric.

Forms a group with the Remains of St Leonard's Priory.
