182O. Architect, J L Bond. 3 steroids in ashlar. Channelled rusticated ground
floor with coach arch at North end. Massive ornamental frieze and parapet with
moulded ornament at each end and enthroned fijire of Justice in centre by J Rossi,
RA. 9 windows. Upper storey has 2 end blocks breaking forward, each with one
window; centre contains 7 windows between 6 Greek Corinthian columns on moulded
stone base, iron balustrade. Central door of 6 panels in slightly shouldered surround
with moulded frieze of anthemions with lion mask and flat hood on carved brackets.
Coach arch to right has men filled in with window. Interior:- has no important
feature, but good staircase of simple design of the period.

Nos 2 to 26 (consec) form a group.
