roof with 2 hipped dormers, one with glazing bars. 2 windows, one single and one
of 3 lights, double-hung sashes with glazing bars, slightly segmental arches. One
brick stack. Modern shop front.

Nos 41, 42, 44 and 45 Nos 1 to 3 (consec) St Georges's Street form a group.
