Mid C17 and later. 2 storeys and attics. Rendered and painted. Stone and Welsh
slate roof with 2 gabled dormers. Stone stack. Overhanging boxed eaves. To left,
canted bay of 2 storeys, 6 lights. Moulded string continues heads of ground floor
windows, Modern glazing bars, mullion windows. One 2-light mullion window over
door of 4 panels (2 glass) in stone reveal with bolection-moulded cornice. Foot
scraper. To right, one 3-light mullion window above a double-hung sash window
with glazing bars and moulded cornice. Mullions are moulded, with cornice. Building
is at corner, with oversailing gable end on St Peter's Street elevation on North,
with recently exposed half timbering.

Nos 3 to 6 (consec) form a group.
