Large irregular C17 building in coursed rubble with stone quoins. 3 storeys. Hipped
stone slate roofs. Hipped dormers. Inside has dismantled mill machinery and mill
stream out of action. Undergoing extensive interior alteration at time of survey.

Nos 1, 2, King's Mill, No 5 and Former Stables to King's Mill form a group.
