Early C18. Cottage of 2 storeys and attics in ashlar, coursed rubble to side.
Stone slate roof with 2 hipped dormers, modern glazing. Stone capped gable ends.
2 stone chimneys at gable ends. Moulded eaves cornice. 2 windows, double-hung
sashes with glazing bars, flat arches with keystones. Modern door in similar a+chit+a&
Mansard roof to rear.

Nos 10 to 12 (consec), Registered Office of J & B North & Son Ltd, Wire Store of
J & B North, Nos 14, 15 and Welland House form a group.
