large house of 2 storeys and attics in coursed rumble with stone dressings and
plinth, 1795. Mansard roof of stone slates with 4 dormers, segmental heads, double-hung
sashes with glazing bars. Stone capped gable ends. 5 windows, double-hung sashes
with glazing bars, of which lintels and cills are extended to form bands. Triple
keystones and rusticated surrounds, Rectangular fanlight and semi-circular wrought
iron lamp on bracket over C19 door with C19 cast iron balustrade to 2 moulded stone
steps.

Nos 10 to 12 (consec), Registered Office ofJ & B North & Sons Ltd, Wire Store of
J & B North, Nos 14,15 and Welland House form a group.
