SK 93 NW GREAT GONERBY LONG STREET (south side)

House. 1866. Coursed ironstone rubble, ashlar dressings, concrete tiled
roof with coped gables, 2 large quadripartite stone ridge stacks and a single
2 part stone stack to rear, all with coping.Victorian Tudoresque. Slightly
projecting gable wing to east of rectangular range. Gabled wing of 2 storeys
and garret with a plinth, first floor ashlar band and quoins. Lower 4 light
mullion and transom window. A 3 light mullion window above and a small slit
light in the gable. West range with plinth, first floor ashlar band and
quoins. Doorway in east end with a stilted head in a gabled porch. Interior
door of 3 long pointed lights. In the porch gable is an heraldic shield
inscribed 1866. To the west of the door is a 2 light mullion window, and set
in between, on the first floor, another 2 light mullion window.
