Cottage attached to north of No.30. Early C19. Red brick, pantile roof with
single gable stack. 2 storey, 2 bay. Plain doorcase and door with rectangular
overlight and segmental head. To the north, a single window, with another
above, both with glazing bar sashes and segmental heads.
