Farmhouse. C17, extended early C18, altered early C19. Squared
limestone rubble, with ashlar quoins and dressings, Collyweston
slate roofs, raised stone coped gables. 2 gable and one ridge
ashlar stacks with moulded tops. L-plan. The eastern front is
of 2 storeys plus attics, and 5 bays, having central half glazed
door, covered by C20 gabled porch, flanked by pairs of windows.
To first floor are 5 similar windows, to eaves, all margin light
sashes with splayed lintels. In the roof are 3 hipped dormers
having 2 light glazing bar casements with slate hung cheeks. The
garden side has 3 bays of glazing bar sashes to each floor and 2
gabled dormer windows.
