G.V. II

Public house. C17, raised and altered mid C19. Squared
limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings, slate roof
having 2 gable stacks, one red, one yellow brick. 2 storey, 3
bay front having central C20 door, flanked by single canted bays
having glazing bar casements, flat roofs. To first floor 3
glazing bar sashes with plain ashlar surrounds. In the gable the
original steep roof pitch can be seen.
