Former cottage and shop. Late C18, 1826, C20. Red brick, some ashlar dressings. Pantile roof with decorated eaves. Single storey, two bay front. Glazing bar ash to left with brick wedge lintel and raised ashlar keystone. Doorway to right with wooden lintel and plank door. Attached to north side of No 13 Market Place. Included for group value
only.
