House. c.1875. Red brick with limestone ashlar dressings. Slate roof with decorative eaves and ashlar dressed off-gable stack and single ridge stack shared with No.29.

Two storey, three bay front with ashlar dressed plinth, first floor band and quoins. Central doorway with ashlar pilastered doorcase with plain entablature, overlight and ribbed and studded plank door. Doorway flanked by single plain sashes with margin lights, with three plain sashes with margin lights above, that over the door, narrower. All the windows with ashlar wedge lintels. Included for group value only.
