Cottage. Early C19. Coursed limestone rubble, limestone ashlar
dressings. Pantile roof with red brick gable stacks. 2 storey,
3 bay front with first floor ashlar band. 3 two light sliding
sashes with segmental heads, and ashlar lintels with raised
keystones. 2 two light sliding sashes above with segmental
heads, and ashlar lintels with raised keystones, flanking oval
ashlar sundial. Doorway in west return.
