Cottage. Early C18. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins
and dressings. Collyweston slate roof with raised stone coped
gables, single ridge and gable stacks, brick, the gable one with
stone base. Single storey plus attics, 3 bay front having off-
centre planked door and to right 2 two light casements, all under
flat stone arches. In the roof a single hipped dormer, a 2 light
casement with rendered cheeks. Former service block to attached
house to right, (No.40 Main Street) not a listed building.
