TF 01 SE BRACEBOROUGH THE GREEN
AND WILSTHORPE (west side)

5/49 Fern House

G.V. II

House. Late C17, altered C19 and C20 addition. Coursed and
banded limestone rubble, ashlar quoins. Thatched roof with red
brick raised coped gables. Single ridge and 2 gable red brick
stacks. Single storey and attics, 4 bay front having off-centre
door covered by gabled C20 porch. To left a single and to right
2 three light casements, all with timber lintels. In the roof
are 3 two light casement dormers with thatched eyebrows.
