30.10.68 (Curwen Cottage)


Cottage. 1819, with C20 alterations. Coursed and banded
limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings, half hipped
thatched roof, tall brick wall stack. 2 storey, 2 bay front with
half glazed C20 door having semi-circular head on the keystone of
which is the inscription HS 1819. To right a single C20 2 light
casement with similar single window to first floor.
