TF 10 NE DEEPING ST. JAMES EASTGATE

Cottage. C17, altered C19 and C20. Coursed limestone rubble,
with ashlar quoins. Thatched and concrete tiled roof. Single
gable and ridge rendered brick stacks and C19 yellow brick ridge
stack. Single storey and attics, 4 bay front having off-centre
half glazed door, with to left 2 and to right a single glazing
bar sashes under timber lintels. In the attic are 3 dormer sash
windows with thatched eyebrows. To the right a C19 2 storey wing
with C20 casement to ground floor and a single plain sash to
first floor.
