TF 1209-1309 MARKET DEEPING BRIDGE FOOT

13/112 Bridge over River
Welland

II

Bridge. Rebuilt 1841. Sandstone ashlar. 3 segmental arches
with rusticated voussoirs, separated by pilasters rising from
rounded cutwaters to dentillated cornice supporting plain
panelled parapet with square piers and coping. To either end are
battered screen walls terminating in rectangular piers. Also in
Parish of Deeping Gate, Peterborough District of Cambridgeshire.
