to Casewick Hall

Former stables, now 2 houses and gateway. Early C19, altered
C20. Squared limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings,
hipped Collyweston slate roof with lead dressings, single ridge
ashlar stack. 2 storey, 22 bay front, the centre bay advanced
and gabled with pinnacle, chamfered plinth. Central blocked
doorway now containing 3 light fixed glazing bar window in a
chamfered Tudor arched surround with stop chamfers, sunk
spandrels and hood mould. Flanked by 5 two light mullioned
windows, the third windows to either side are in the blockings of
earlier doorways, all have moulded hoods. To the centre of the
first floor is a similar window and to either side are 2 half
glazed fixed doors in chamfered ashlar surrounds. To the left
end a pair of cast iron gates with flanking square gate piers
having cusped trilobe panels and pryamidal copings. To either
side are short railed screens on ashlar bases.
