The Old Mill

The road front bears a stone plaque inscribed "Francis Julien, Engineer, 1755".
2 storeys and gabled attic in red and black brick. Bands between storeys.
Circular window with 4 keystones in gable end. 2 casements with keystones on
1st floor, central sash window with keystone to ground floor. Side elevation
to river has brick modillioned eaves, 3 casements to top floor and band at cills,
other windows. In process of being restored by Louth Civic Society (Spring 1972).
Forms a group with The Bridge and the Mill House
