C18. 3-storey L-shaped brick house, rendered. Steep pantile roof. 2 brick
stacks at gable ends. Plinth. Road front has 2 3-light and a central single-
light hung sash window to each floor, wide wooden cases almost flush with the
face, flat-arched stucco carved lintels with keystone, plain cills. Bands between
storeys. The doorway has been replaced in the centre of the road elevation,
with plain attached 3-quarter columns and pediment with dentils, panelled reveals
and 6-panel door.
Nos 44 to 66 (even) form a group with Nos 82 and 84.
