Cottage. c.1700 with C20 alterations. Mud and stud, underbuilt
with brick and rendered, pantile roof having one axial rendered
stack and external wall stack. Lobby entry 3 unit plan. Single
storey with garret, 4 bay front having off-centre half glazed
door flanked by single 2 light C2O windows with beyond to left a
further similar window. Interior retains chamfered and simply
stopped beams, inglenook fireplace in kitchen, and jowled main
studs at approximately 8'O" centres, on padstones. Listed for
group value only.
