3/28 Tackroom, byre and
barn at Manor Farm

Tackroom, cow byre, barn. Red brick. C18 with minor C19
alterations. L-plan. Red brick with pantile roof. Single
storey tackroom and cow byre with granary and pigeon loft over,
dentillated eaves. The 2 bay cow byre has an open side to the
crew yard, the timber lintel supported on a central timber post.
On the front it has 5 irregular bays with off centre stable door
and overlight, flanked by to left a 2 light opening, a fixed
light and to right a further door opening with beyond a shuttered
opening. The taller barn is at right angles to this range and
has later C19 double door at left hand side in segmental headed
opening in blocked taller opening. To right at high level a
planked door. The roof is C19. Listed for group value only.
