Barn. C17. Timber framed, underbuilt in brick, corrugated iron
hipped roof, replacing thatch. Single storey, of 5 structural
bays, the central bay being wider and contains a planked stable
door. The main stud posts are visible externally, on padstones.
Interior. The 2 central jowled studs have roll moulding half way
up and are arch braced to tie beams, the remnant of a wall arch
brace can be seen and in the end wall are 2 arch braces and the
remains of a mid rail. The pegged oak roof is of clasped purlin
and collar construction.
