Cottage. Late C18. Red brick with pantile roof having single
central ridge stack. 2 unit plan. Single storey, 2 bay front
with 2 plain sashes. Interior has narrow moulded beams and
planked doors. To rear is a lean-to and to left a single storey
wash-house with tall stack. In a derelict condition.
