6/19 Warehouse to rear
of No.25

G.V. II

Warehouse. Mid C19, early C20. Red brick. Pantile roof with
moulded brick eaves and single gable stack to west. 2 storeys
and garret, 6 bay front. Blocked doorway to left with 2 light
casement inserted. 2 light casement to left with small plain
sash beyond, both with segmental heads. Brick C20 lean-to to
right with plank door and wooden lintel in east end, and roof no
longer intact. Doorway above to right with wooden lintel and
plank door. Fixed glazing bar window to left with shuttered
opening beyond with segmental head and glazing bar casement
inserted. 2 two light casements to left, that to right with
wooden lintel, that to left with segmental head. Small glazing
bar sash with segmental head, beyond to left. Stone plaque in
east return wall inscribed: "Boyers" and with an illegible date.
One of the few early warehouses on the river still mostly intact.
