Cottage. Yellow brick in Flemish bond. Pantile roof with axial
brick stack. Exposed rafter ends and bargeboards. Lobby entry
plan. Single storey, 3 bay front, with central planked door with
semi-circular headed opening in small gabled porch, bearing
datestone inscribed "1864 TYD", flanked by single 2 light glazing
bar sashes with brick segmental heads. Included for group value
only.
