Former house, now offices. c.1830. Red brick in Flemish bond,
ashlar dressings, slate roof, 2 gable stacks. 3 storey, 3 bay
front with central 6 panel door and overlight, flanked by single
canted bay windows with dentillated cornices. To first floor 3
glazing bar sashes. To second floor 3 smaller similar windows.
All openings have splayed rusticated ashlar lintels and
keystones. Included for group value only.
