5/92 The Dairy Farmhouse
II
Cottage. Early C18, altered C19 and C20. Originally mud and
stud, now cased in red brick with plinth and half hipped pantile
roof, axial ridge brick stack. Lobby entry plan. Single storey
plus garret, 3 bay front with central planked door, flanked by
single 2 light glazing bar sliding sashes with segmental brick
heads. Interior retains bay posts, slightly curved braces. To
the rear a large C20 extension, not of special interest.
