House. c1860. Yellow stock brick, ashlar dressings, hipped Welsh slate roof with
moulded cornice in brackets. 2 ridge stacks. L-plan. 3 storey, 3 bay front with
moulded plinth, first floor and second floor bands, central 6-panel double doors,
with pedimented ashlar Tuscan columnar porch, flanked by single glazing bar sashes
with ashlar architraves and pediments. To first floor 3 glazing bar sashes and
to second floor 3 smaller similar windows, all with bracketed stone architraves.
The side bay has matching fenestration. To left a 3 bay 2 storey service wing,w
ith glazing bar sashes and cambered brick heads. Interior retains turned baluster
staircase with acanthus leaves, plaster cornices, 2 grey marble fireplaces, one
with acanthus decoration.
